China Cruising Booking Terms
Last updated: May 25, 2026.
Sales-first scope
China Cruising is a sales front end for cruise shopping and booking-intent capture. The site merchandises sailings, collects order details, screens obvious eligibility issues, and forwards the order into manual confirmation.
Supplier and fulfillment disclosure
Voyage pages may emphasize the route and fare before the supplier name, but the operating supplier, public source path, and fulfillment responsibility are disclosed on the voyage detail page and before order submission.
No instant confirmation
Submitting an order from this site does not itself create a final cruise ticket. Inventory, cabin bucket, payment path, and passport fit remain subject to manual confirmation.
Eligibility and entry uncertainty
China entry, re-entry, transit, destination permits, and passport-specific boarding rules can change. We do not guarantee visa issuance, China entry, transit eligibility, destination admission, supplier acceptance, or final embarkation.
Payment timing
This launch version does not auto-charge your card on-site. Deposits or balances are requested only after ops confirms inventory and supplier fit. Any later payment request must clearly identify the responsible merchant or supplier path.
Fare accuracy
Displayed fares are merchandising fares, not a promise of instant final ticketing. Taxes, gratuities, promotions, cabin availability, and supplier campaign rules may change before confirmation.
Refunds and cancellations
Before any payment is requested, the applicable supplier or merchant cancellation path must be disclosed. Once a supplier deposit or fare is confirmed, the supplier-specific rules control unless a different written term is stated clearly before payment.
