This policy covers information submitted through China Cruising booking forms, support messages, and order-intake flows.
What we collect
We collect the details needed to merchandise and review a booking request, such as your name, email, WhatsApp contact, sailing choice, cabin interest, nationality group, residence context, document status, and route questions.
Why we use it
We use this information to review route fit, confirm live inventory, communicate the supplier path, manage support, reduce abuse, and prepare booking follow-up. We do not need full passport scans or full card data at the order-intent stage.
Payments
If a later payment step is used, the responsible payment provider or merchant path must be disclosed before payment. We do not store full payment card numbers on this site.
Sharing
We may share booking-request details with the supplier, merchant-of-record, or service providers only as needed to review or fulfill the booking path you requested.
